Defendant, a fourteen-year-old, was charged with first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon. After a finding of probable cause, he was bound over to the Superior Court. Defendant was tried noncapitally to a jury and found guilty of first-degree murder on the basis of premeditation and deliberation, but was adjudged not guilty under the theory of felony murder.
