In these consolidated appeals, we hold that there are no genuine issues with respect to any material facts regarding plaintiffs' public building claim, brought pursuant to MCL 691.1406; MSA 3.996(106), and federal claims against the named individual defendants, brought pursuant to 42 USC 1983. Accordingly, defendants are entitled to judgment as a matter of law for those claims. We hold that there are genuine issues of material facts regarding plaintiffs...
