This action arises from the failure of a business venture between the plaintiff, Eugene Szalla, and the defendant, Simeon Locke. The plaintiff brought this action in the Superior Court, alleging breach of contract, breach of partnership agreement, deceit, quantum meruit, and unfair or deceptive trade practices under G.L.c. 93A (1994 ed.).
