The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered on a counterclaim, awarding the defendants damages arising out of the plaintiff's conversion of the defendants' goods. The plaintiff alleges that the trial court acted improperly by (1) allowing the defendants to amend their counterclaim after the trial, (2) finding that the defendants had offered sufficient competent evidence to prove damages, (3) awarding damages that were not claimed...
