Peabody Coal Company ("Peabody") and Old Republic Insurance Company, the petitioners, appeal the Benefit Review Board's ("Board") affirmance of an Administrative Law Judge's (ALJ) award for Harold Greer, the respondent, and the Board's subsequent denial of Peabody's motion for reconsideration.
