The jury found defendant, Darren Netland, guilty of first-degree premeditated murder, first-degree premeditated murder of an unborn child, and attempted first-degree premeditated murder. The trial court sentenced him to two concurrent terms of life in prison for the two murders and a consecutive term of 180 months for the attempted murder.
