George A. Eborn ("Eborn"), a judgment creditor of the debtor, brings this adversary proceeding to have his debt declared nondischargeable pursuant to § 523(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code. This is a core proceeding as that term is defined in to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I), and over which this court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157(a).
