PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Before the Court1 is a motion by the Debtor for an order expunging certain claims (the "Motion"). The relief is opposed. For the reasons set forth below, the Court holds that the Motion by Debtor to expunge Claim Number 3 is denied.
