On September 17, 1992, Mr. Chock Lee Holcomb filed a claim for worker's compensation benefits due to a back injury which occurred on August 24, 1991. After a trial on the merits, the hearing officer found that Holcomb sustained an injury while in the course and scope of his employment, and that he was entitled to total temporary disability benefits, supplemental earnings benefits, and medical benefits.
