Appellant, the Mercantile Club, Inc. ("the Club"), filed a complaint against appellee, Donald Scherr, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County alleging (1) breach of contract based upon a guaranty by Scherr that secured certain obligations owed to the Club by Anshe Emunah-Aitz Chaim Tifereth Israel Congregation, Inc. t/a Liberty Jewish Center ("LJC"), and (2) fraud. The court granted appellee's Motion for Summary Judgment on the breach of the guaranty...
