David Hicks was convicted by a jury of taking indecent liberties with a minor child,1 enticing a minor child for the purpose of taking indecent liberties,2 and assault with intent to commit sodomy (AWIS).3 He was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment, but the execution of his sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for five years...
