Lonnie Carter appeals his conviction on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He contends the trial court erred in denying his motions for recusal, mistrial and dismissal. We affirm.

FACTS

Mr. Carter, an inmate at Washington State Penitentiary, was observed in the lunchroom sweating profusely. A correctional officer searched him and asked for his identification. Mr. Carter did not have his inmate identification on him...
