Plaintiff-respondent Cheri Dietrich ("plaintiff"), an employee of Canadian-Pacific Ltd., d/b/a Soo Line Railroad Company ("Soo Line"), brought suit under the Minnesota Human Rights Act ("MHRA"), Minn.Stat. §§ 363.03, 181.81 (1990), against Soo Line, plaintiff's former manager, Vern Graham, and the vice-president of plaintiff's former department, Robert Tisdall, alleging age discrimination and reprisal regarding the abolition...
