In this appeal, we uphold the circuit court's ruling dismissing a juvenile and domestic relations district court (J & DR) appeal because the appellant failed to post a $3,370 bond pursuant to the 1992 version of Code § 16.1-107 for an appeal of a judgment for the child support arrearages and failed to pursue his appeal of the civil contempt order.
