The appellants, who we will collectively refer to as "Advanced Systems," challenge a judgment entered in favor of Alumax Fabricated Products, Inc. on its action for reimbursement of sales tax assessed by the Florida Department of Revenue. We reverse the judgment and remand with directions to the trial court to enter judgment in Advanced Systems' favor.
