The plaintiff, Elaine M. Walsh, appeals the Superior Court (Morrill, J.) dismissal of her petition to impose a constructive trust over funds from certain bank accounts that were once held jointly by the defendant, Marjorie I. Young, and Andrew Young, who is deceased. We affirm.
