Plaintiffs-appellants, Kathleen Hudson and her husband Robert, appeal a verdict granted in favor of defendant-appellee, Jose Arias, M.D., a board certified obstetrician-gynecologist, in their medical malpractice action which asserted that appellee had failed to act appropriately to diagnose an alleged precancerous lesion of appellant's1 colon when she sought his services for a hysterectomy.
