Richard F. Kline, Inc. (Kline) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Frederick County. On appeal, Kline presents but one question:

"Whether Kline has a cause of action against Signet for unjust enrichment when Kline continued to perform valuable work on a real estate development project after Signet had declared the developer in default, but when Kline had not received notice of this, and when Signet was aware of Kline's on-going...
