OPINION

PETERSON, Judge.

Appellant Ann Gilbert argues the district court erred in finding that the gross proceeds from the sale of the parties' marital stock in a closely-held corporation did not include $200,000 designated as payment for a noncompetition agreement signed by respondent Ricky Sweere. We agree and reverse and remand for further proceedings.
