WIDENER, Circuit Judge:

Appellant St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company1 (St. Paul) appeals from an order of the district court denying its motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of Dr. Cecil B. Jacobson in a case contesting insurance coverage. We affirm.
