The State of Washington appeals the below range exceptional sentence imposed on Wandra Baucham following her guilty plea to possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. It contends the trial court did not have substantial and compelling reasons to justify the sentence as required by RCW 9.94A.120(2).1 We affirm.
