TOCI, Judge.

Daniel Mark Herrera ("defendant") seeks review of the trial court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief under Rule 32, Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure ("Rule 32"). We hold that a trial court has jurisdiction under Rule 32 to determine a claim of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel. Furthermore, in this case, the trial court did not err in dismissing that claim...
