Christopher Ray LeGear, an Iowa inmate, appeals the magistrate judge's1 denial of his motion to reopen his previously-dismissed 42 U.S.C. § 1983 case based on newly-discovered evidence. We dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
