The individual defendants, two of the three shareholders in a close corporation, terminated the employment of the plaintiff, the third shareholder, pursuant to an employment agreement. As a result of this termination, the plaintiff filed this action alleging that the individual defendants were liable on theories of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress...
