In our previous decision in this case, Allen v. Allen, 642 So.2d 202 (La.App. 2d Cir.1993), we found that Mildred Allen's fault barred her permanent alimony demand. Additionally, after reversing the trial court's summary judgment that determined the parties' prenuptial contract to be valid, we remanded for additional proceedings regarding marital property rights.
