Frymire and eighty-four other employees ("Plaintiffs") of Ampex Corporation ("Ampex") brought this action against Ampex, alleging violations of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act ("WARN"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 2101-2109.
