This appeal arises from a wrongful death action brought on behalf of Roger M. Brown, III ("decedent") who fell through a skylight while working on a roof owned by defendant Westinghouse Electric Corporation ("Westinghouse"). The decedent was employed by defendant Friday Services, Inc. ("Friday Services"), a temporary employment agency which in turn assigned the decedent to work for defendant Kassem, Inc.
