The estate of Gordon Jenkins appeals an order of the judge of compensation claims (JCC) which determined that Gordon Jenkins' death by suicide was not compensable under the workers' compensation laws. After a thorough review of the record, we conclude that, in determining that Jenkins' estate failed to present sufficient evidence of causation between the employment injury and the suicide, the JCC erred in applying the incorrect legal standard...
