Shawn Detrell Morris (Morris) timely appeals his judgment and sentence for armed robbery, raising the following two issues: (1) whether the trial court committed reversible error in failing to include a necessarily lesser-included offense on the jury verdict form; and (2) whether the trial court erred in ordering him to pay restitution when all of the stolen property was recovered by the victim.
