Plaintiff, Robert Vincent Yeo, appeals by leave granted from an order denying his motion to set aside a judgment of divorce and a subsequent order allowing defendant, Sheri Lynn Yeo, to sell the marital residence. We affirm in part, reverse and vacate in part, and dissolve the stay of proceedings entered by this Court upon the granting of leave to appeal.
