Defendant, Bruce N. Wilkinson, appeals the findings and conclusions of the district court upon remand from the decision of this court in United States v. Wilkinson, 26 F.3d 623 (6th Cir.1994). The issue on this appeal is whether the district court erred in making its findings on remand that the government had timely sealed the briefcase tape and gave a satisfactory explanation for the reason for the delay...
