Angel Cintron Rodriguez appeals the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. The district court denied the petition after concluding that Mr. Rodriguez was not entitled to 487 days credit towards the service of his sentence under 18 U.S.C. § 3585(b) for the time that he had spent at his home under pre-trial, restrictive conditions.
