Respondent Manufacturers National Bank of Detroit, now known as Comerica Bank, appeals as of right the order of the probate court imposing a surcharge against it for releasing funds to the minor's guardian upon presentment of an order from a foreign jurisdiction directing it to do so, where the guardian failed to settle the proceedings in the Macomb County Probate Court, which originally had appointed her as guardian of the minor.
