NIX, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Percy Lee, was convicted by a jury of two counts of murder of the first degree1 and two counts of possession of an instrument of crime.2 At the conclusion of the penalty phase of Lee's trial, the jury returned a sentence of death for each of the two murder convictions.
