The sole issue presented in this appeal by the husband is whether the anti-assignment statute of the Social Security Act prohibits the trial court from considering his social security income when dividing the marital estate in a divorce action. The husband's arguments would require us to abandon the position we took in In re Marriage of Knipp, 15 Kan.App.2d 494, 809 P.2d 562
