This appeal arises from a personal injury action in which Ronald Haka backed his tractor-trailer (truck) into Eugene Williamson. Fireman's Fund Insurance Company appeals from a summary judgment determining that the policy issued to Jerzak Trucking, Inc. provides coverage for the alleged negligence of Haka because the truck was leased from Haka to Jerzak Trucking at the time of the accident. Fireman's Fund contends that Jerzak Trucking has no liability...
