In these consolidated cases, Patricia Sierra Macrellis, Scott Taylor, and Laura Jaynes filed suit against their former employer, Southwest Louisiana Independence Center (SLIC), for vacation pay, penalties, and attorney fees. Ms. Macrellis also sought payment for uncompensated overtime hours.
