The defendants appeal from the granting of a summary judgment for the plaintiffs in their action to foreclose a judgment lien based on a prior judgment that was obtained in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and affirmed in the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The dispositive issue is whether a judgment of a federal court, confirming an arbitration award, may be enforced in a Connecticut
