Ordered that the order is modified by deleting the provisions thereof which granted the branches of the defendants' motions which were to dismiss the fourth, fifth, and sixth causes of action for unfair use of trade secrets, unfair competition, and fraud, and substituting therefor a provision denying those branches of the defendants' motions; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with one bill of costs to the plaintiff payable by the defendants appearing...
