RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-Appellant James E. Trei appeals from the trial court's imposition of a 65-year sentence following his conviction of sexual misconduct with a minor, as a Class A felony1; and two counts of confinement, as Class B felonies2.

We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand for resentencing.
