This is a contract case arising from a franchise agreement for frozen yogurt stores between franchisor TCBY Systems, Inc. and franchisee JRT, Inc., the plaintiff below. JRT appeals from the district court's1 judgment dismissing or granting summary judgment on all counts of JRT's complaint. We affirm.
