In consolidated appeals, Leo G. Salazar III ("defendant") challenges his convictions and sentences for second-degree murder in 1 CA-CR 93-412 and for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in 1 CA-CR 93-413. We find reversible error in the denial of defendant's motion to disqualify the trial judge and in an order precluding defendant from inquiring about the juvenile probation status of two witnesses...
