Metropolitan Dade County, the employer, appeals an order of the judge of compensation claims determining the amount of nursing care benefits that the county had failed to pay to the claimant, Willie Belle Rolle, pursuant to an order entered in August 1993. The county argues four points for reversal, none of which are meritorious. We nonetheless reverse because the judge of compensation claims did not have jurisdiction to enter the appealed order...
