Shirley Naqvi, the former wife of appellee Richard Fisher, appeals a ruling by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire allowing Fisher to avoid a lien she held on Fisher's property. For the reasons discussed below, the bankruptcy court's determination that Naqvi's lien is avoidable is reversed.
