A Petition to Reinstate Alimony (the "Petition"), filed by appellant Patricia Jensen in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, has spawned this appeal. Appellant's Petition was based on a 1975 order reserving jurisdiction over alimony. Until 1993, Ms. Jensen never instituted any proceedings asking the court to revisit the 1975 Order.
