GLASSMAN, Justice.

Sally Thibeault and Gaylen Thibeault appeal from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Archibald, A.R.J.) contending that the trial court erred in granting the motion of Steven Larson to dismiss their claim against him seeking damages for his alleged professional negligence on the ground that as a matter of law it was precluded by the provisions of 24 M.R.S.A. § 2931 (1990). We agree with the Thibeaults' contention...
