PER CURIAM.

The state appeals the trial court order granting a new trial. Because we conclude that the trial court abused its discretion, we reverse.

The defendant, James Ronald Compo, Jr., was charged by information with burglary of a structure while wearing a mask and with possession of burglary tools.
