State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm) appeals a partial final summary judgment entered in a declaratory judgment action brought by Diane and Thomas Hassen (the Hassens) in which the trial court determined that the Hassens were entitled to uninsured motorist coverage under an automobile insurance policy issued by State Farm.
