On 29 April 1989, plaintiff Dallas Isenhour was injured when the vehicle he was operating collided with a vehicle driven by Willie Kate Clark. The vehicle Mr. Isenhour was operating was owned by his employer, Far East Motors, Inc. [hereinafter Far East Motors], and was a covered automobile under a multiple-coverage fleet insurance policy purchased by Far East Motors.
