Erin Neoland was charged by grand jury indictment with three counts of Distribution of Cocaine, in violation of La.R.S. 40:967A(1). The minutes of the trial indicate that Neoland was also charged by bill of information with Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967 A.
